Crafty CardMakers Challenge & Craftymess Challenge

Hi Everyone

This is my DT Card for Crafty Cardmakers Challenge, The Challenge is  RED/WHITE/BLUE either/or Weddings - so I have chosen to make a Concertina Book, which you will find Step by Step Instructions here   very kindly done by Caro.  Its a Challenge she is hosting at the moment over at Craftymess Forum - she is offering a prize if you can show what you are using it for.

Each page is a wallet, so I can save the paper cuttings from the big day and pop them inside

I have used T!m Holtz Distress Pads to ink all the pages, after I had attached old London maps - The First Page is the T!m Holtz Die, I attached the sign with some jump rings available in my shop. Added the date in various numbers and alphabets.

The second & third page - I cut some alphabets for there names and printed a bulldog and a guard, coloured keeping with the theme, RED - WHITE - BLUE,  then added some gems

The fourth & Fifth page - I added some T!m Holtz dies the wings and crowns and added a tube ticket which I altered the date on, then added some gems

The Sixth & Seventh Page - Downloaded some piccies of the couple, added some crowns and lots of faux brads

The Eighth & Ninth page - A piccie of the queen and the "ring" with some misc buttons and bits

The final page ten - A taxi coloured in the union jack flag and some wedding bells distressed

The Back cover

I really enjoyed making this, but it has taken me a long time to put together.  But the instructions are very clear and precise that Caro has done.

Have a good crafty day everyone

Hugs
Judie xx

Totally awesome!! Like LJ, I'm NOT into the royal bunch at all...BUT lets hope it brings a smile to everyones face on the 29th! Are you gonna send it to Wills n' Kat...that would be soooo funny to see ol' Queenie sitting at a later date scrapbooking with your creation. Who knows, she may need a new hobby & you would have inspired. GO YOU!!! xxx
