Crafty Cardmakers DT Card - Fabric

Afternoon Crafters

Apologies firstly, I have been bedriden for most of last week, so if you have left me comments and are thinking im a selfish person for not coming to see you and your wonderful work, my bed and some lovely warm blankies have been my buddies this week.  But onwards and upwards, Im feeling 95% human again and will be travelling around bloggie land very soon.

Over Crafty Cardmakers this week, Lin has chosen Fabric for us all to use as the main part of our card

So I had this little snazzy top, lets face it im never gonna be a size 8 again am I !!!!! Nah, so out came the scissors and snip, snip, snip

And this is the end result

I cut out some of the red material first, very tricky to measure it when it keeps on moving lol - I hacked off the lace and attached this to the edges

I coloured her in with distress inks sprizted with micra powders - then I double embossed her.  Made the flowers and then coloured them by dipping them in the sprayed sticky fingers paint  and embossed them as well with clear embossing powder.

The sentiment is an old one and I just coloured the edges with distress inks and embossed randomly.
A few rhinestones added to the flowers
